Company
D. Bello Associates is a privately owned, independent consulting company that specializes in the design, construction and searching of title plants. D. Bello Associates has served the title industry since 1988.
Beginning with title plant evaluations and various other title consulting projects, D. Bello Associates eventually oversaw the development of the first offshore daily title plant in 1991. The enormous success of this project opened the door for the offshore movement of data entry in the title industry. Together with its offshore partners, D. Bello Associates has constructed over 30 title backplants since 1991.
In 1999, D. Bello Associates launched its first offshore searching project. This service was subsequently expanded to include title chain examination and customized policy preparation. We currently supervise hundreds of searches daily and has evolved into the fastest growing aspect of our business.
Today D. Bello Associates oversees document posting in over 60 counties from Hawaii to Florida and monitors title searches nationwide. With a great deal of careful administration, D. Bello Associates has ensured the success of over one hundred title projects over the past decade.
