Pasadena, Calif.-based D. Bello Associates recently celebrated the 10-year employment anniversary of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jeffrey Bates on April 25, 2013.
Since joining D. Bello Associates as a customer service representative in 2003, Bates has served as account manager and vice president. In his current position as executive vice president and chief operating officer, he is responsible for executing the corporate strategy and high-level oversight of business operations.
“It’s been amazing to see Jeff grow up in this industry,” said Doug Bello, company founder and President. “Jeff has become a true expert and a key leader in this company.”
“Although there are many industry employees that have celebrated similar milestones, Jeff’s influence and contributions to D. Bello Associates, our clients and the industry as a whole merits special celebration.” Bello continued, “I think this industry has yet to see the best of Jeff.”
Within the industry, Bates serves as a contributor to the Association for Title Information Management (ATIM), is an active member of the American Land Title Association and is a trustee for ALTA’s Title Insurance Political Action Committee.

D. Bello Associates (DBA), a privately held, independent outsource service provider offering title plant, search and exam, and general title consulting services to the industry, announced a new business relationship with an offshore service provider. This relationship will allow DBA to continue offering its clients a wide array of outsourcing options through highly experienced providers.

D. Bello Associates announces the hiring of Andrew Acker as its Operations Manager. Acker comes from outside the industry and possesses a wide array of operational and process management skills. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University and is a routine speaker to college students on topics of business and leadership.
“As we branch out and continue to build our network of suppliers, our operations will become more complex. Andrew’s skill set and proven track record with operational processes will be prolific for this company,” commented Jeffrey Bates, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Acker will report to Bates in his new position.
