Bello Associates, a provider of customized outsourcing solutions for the title insurance industry, announced the promotion of Jeffrey Bates to executive vice president and chief operating officer. “I’m confident Jeff’s continued attention to detail and customer support will push the company’s success to an even higher level,” said Doug Bello, president and founder of D. Bello Associates. Previously serving as vice president and project leader of the company, Bates is now in charge of all daily activities and operations. He will continue to report directly to Bello. “I look forward to my expanded role and am grateful for the opportunity Doug has given me to serve this company,” Bates said. “I will continue our tradition of supplying high quality, customized service solutions to our industry.” Bates joined D. Bello Associates in 2003 and is an active member of the American Land Title Association.
